With 170 real estate agents to service, whose businesses all rely on phones and computers being fully functional, IT problems are not an option. We were in a contract with the same vendor for our data and phone service. The customer support was negligent, internet connection slow, unreliable wifi and electronic fax, and statements that took several hours per month to audit due to repeated overbilling.

It was difficult to visualize how we could free ourselves from this vendor, since we were contractually obligated and technically dependent on them. Any change to a new solution would be extremely disruptive to business, and real estate was already hit hard by the economy. When the contract came up for renewal, we made the first decision to change to a new VOIP phone provider. Problems solved, or so we thought. We soon realized we still had a host of network problems that were the source of dropped calls and poor phone quality.
Tom and his network architect from RightCliq came in and managed the whole project with no unproductive finger pointing. They worked with the new phone provider and the broadband provider to tackle each issue, or as Tom put it, peeling the onion. They put in place their network and VOIP monitoring appliance and were able to quickly identify and correct all the network issues that have been plaguing our Keller Williams office for a long time.
RightCliq understood that any improvement to our IT infrastructure could not disrupt sales, that money was tight, and more importantly, they had to bring together IT infrastructure and our business strategy. Our data network is now 10 times faster and more reliable...the new phone system works great and overall IT costs are 20% lower.
Rick GehaWow Tom! You answered all my questions!!!
Big woops regarding the e-mail. Those google searches led me astray (but not really, since you answered them all! )
Thanks again! You were very helpful and resourceful!
