With 170 real estate agents to service, whose businesses all rely on phones and computers being fully functional, IT problems are not an option. We were in a contract with the same vendor for our data and phone service. The customer support was negligent, internet connection slow, unreliable wifi and electronic fax, and statements that took several hours per month to audit due to repeated overbilling.

It was difficult to visualize how we could free ourselves from this vendor, since we were contractually obligated and technically dependent on them.
